“The SQ8L is a software model (VST) of Ensoniq’s classic 1980s synth SQ80. The SQ80 features 3 digital wavetable oscillators for each of its 8 voices which are fed through analog 4-pole lowpass filters (-24dB gain) with resonance. Sound parameters can be modulated by 4 envelopes, 3 LFOs and several MIDI sources. The SQ80 also has a predecessor, the ESQ1, which can do most of the same stuff.”

Yeah bro, a lot of people start as noobs…and there are a billion things. I’ve downloaded thousands of plugins and thngs, probably don’t use 2% of them.

So for any noobs out there, in the beginning, don’t bother too much with every gdamned plugin. Minimize the tools you need, if something is good enoihj, move on, keep in improving the weakest part of your toolset (usually something that there’s a lot of). Don’t worry about minor mixing/mastering issues isn’t significant whether you’re new or not, for a noob, wasting time on yet another “super awesome” compressor, eq, limiter, etc isn’t worth it. Most of the commercial things are definitely not worth it (in general) and especially “high-end” stuff is often garbage for the price. Focus on the main “holes” in actually making music, imo.
