One note → Unison on → Chorus on → Reverb up → Amp attack ~800 ms, release 4–8 s.

2) “Cathedral Bass Bed”
Saw-ish waveform → Lowpass ~500–800 Hz, light resonance → Tremolo slow → Reverb modest → Unison subtle.

3) “Shimmer Drift”
Brighter waveform → Highpass ~150 Hz → Chorus depth mid → Reverb longer → Ride filter cutoff with automation.

Sound design tips

• Less is lush: Hold 1–2 notes and automate filter cutoff or amp attack—the motion sells the mood.

• Use unison sparingly: A little detune = width; too much = smudge.

• EQ the return: If you go heavy on reverb, high-cut the tail so drones sit behind vocals or leads.
