if you want to add clipper on drums, I would recommend this one or Venn Audio VClip, (now it’s version 2) but I liked first version, you just loaded it up and added gain and that was it, maybe added soft clipping on it, no science behind it.. definitely VClip 2 is awesome for drums! you can check that plugin here https://pluginerds.com/11-best-clipper-vst-plugins/#2_Venn_Audio_Free_Clip_2
