Compressor is a straightforward dynamics plugin from Invada Studio Plugins, an open-source LV2 pack for Linux. It handles the basics of compression without extra coloration or vintage modeling, aimed at controlling dynamics cleanly on vocals, drums, or busses.
Features
- Standard compression controls: threshold, ratio, attack, release.
- Transparent, non-coloring approach rather than emulating analog gear.
- Light on CPU, suitable for use across multiple tracks at once.
Compatibility
Part of the Invada Studio Plugins LV2 pack for Linux. Free and open-source, available as distro packages (RPM/DEB) or as source on GitHub (falkTX/invada-studio-plugins-lv2).
